Getting a website with no traffic is like having a pearl at the bottom of the ocean. It is actually worthless until it is discovered.

Maybe you have been wondering how to get started with promoting your website. Well, the most basic way to promote your website is by WOM - Word Of Mouth. It cost you nothing. At first the effect may seem insignificant, but if you keep at it, someday sometime, someone that is influential enough is going to lead a pack of visitors to that website (I am assuming you've got good stuff as content) and it will be the begining of a new dawn as visitors will troop to the site.

I know there are other methods that produce greater result, but I am sure combine them with Word of Mouth can do no harm, but a lot of good.
